Gardening experience for all abilities
Join us for a joyful summer activity at the Hilltop Hanover Farm Garden. Participants will be guided by buddies through an enriching experience filled with music, the soothing scents and textures of garden herbs, and hands-on planting in a serene natural setting. This event is designed to be inclusive, accessible (with accessible garden beds) and engaging for all.
Open to ages 3 and up.
Event Cost: $10 per participant

SUPPORT TEAM NIKHIL BY PRACTICING YOGA IN A BEAUTIFUL SPACE!
A soul-nourishing, meditative flow in the garden at Bedford Farms combining mindful movement with breath. Move through poses at a slower pace emphasizing peace and calm in your body and mind. Cultivate awareness and curiosity while holding poses for several rounds of breath. Find inner and outer strength, flexibility and balance through a variety of yoga poses.
Jenny is a highly experienced instructor and will offer modifications/variations making this a great class for all levels.
